We have built a platform where your music catalog is the "core," and all other tools—promotion, asset generation, and fan acquisition—orbit around it. Whether you are a "cash-poor/time-rich" hobbyist or a professional ready to invest in growth, the OS adapts to your needs.
1. The Promotion Engine: Trust & Transparency
At the heart of Indiestar is a marketplace designed to drive streams and audience growth. Unlike other platforms that allow anyone to accept submissions, we operate a "gatekept" marketplace.
Every curator on Indiestar is manually vetted using internal tools and external data to analyze listener activity. We reject playlists with suspicious "spikes" (bot activity) and prioritize those with smooth, organic growth.
We offer two distinct ways to promote your music:
Free Submissions: Designed for artists who want to promote daily without spending money. You "pay" with social capital by following curator playlists in exchange for a submission.
Premium Submissions (Coins): For artists who value speed and guaranteed feedback. Curators must respond within 72 hours with at least 15 words of constructive feedback, or your coins are automatically refunded.
💡Pro Tip: Before you submit, you can "audit" the curator yourself. We provide transparent data on every playlist, including an Overall Score (0-10) and a Playlist Quality rating, so you never waste a submission on a low-quality list.
2. The AI Management Suite: Your "Digital Manager"
Beyond promotion, Indiestar acts as your personal artist manager. We have trained a suite of AI tools specifically on music industry best practices to handle your administrative workload.
Instead of staring at a blank page, you can use the AI Generators to instantly create professional assets:
Editorial Pitches: Generates formal pitches for Spotify Editors based on your track's mood and similar artists.

You can create Track Pages (Smart Links) to aggregate your Spotify, Apple Music, and Deezer links into one clean URL. For your main profile, you can build an Artist Page (Bio Link) which acts as a mini-website. Crucially, this includes an Email Catcher feature, allowing fans to subscribe directly to you. You can view and download this email list as a CSV file from your dashboard at any time.
